Product manager with four-plus years building equity, fundraising and payments products for companies that operate under real regulatory constraint.
At Paddle I lead product for web monetization, helping consumer subscription app companies reduce their dependency on the app stores. Before that, at SeedLegals, I owned the core equity and fundraising suite — responsible for 44% of company revenue and used by thousands of startup founders.
Most of my work is the same shape: take a set of complex regulatory requirements and turn them into something a founder can actually use, then keep engineering, legal and design pointed in the same direction long enough to ship it.
I grew up in Hong Kong, spent time on Vancouver Island and in Los Angeles, and have been in London since university. Four cities, four fairly different ways of framing a problem.
